Meet Lauren Buck, our resident yogini.


Lauren is a highly regarded presence in the yoga community around Austin, she has taught over 5,000 hours of class! Her experience and certifications include teaching prenatal yoga, partner yoga, pranayama & meditation, vinyasa yoga, yoga for anxiety & depression, and core strength vinyasa.

“I teach people how to be present. How to focus. How to turn off the planning and judging part of your brain long enough to really enjoy what you’re doing — eating, working, playing with your kids or {gasp!} nothing except watching your breath for a few moments.

Since we use the body as the tool to master the mind in this way — BONUS! — you’ll also get stronger and more flexible with more muscle definition. You’ll feel better in your body. You’ll be friends with it again. Like when you were a kid at play.

And if you’re into that kind of thing, I’ll teach you how to balance on your hands in super-cool ways, too.”
