During the creation of our magnificent straw bale house, La Casa de Joy, the original owner enlisted the aid of a group of monks to bless a vial of holy water buried beneath the center of the home. Not long after, a waterfall was formed, created to run through the midpoint of the property and ensure that water flows on the grounds like a living entity, enriching every aspect of life. This philosophy is the cornerstone of Living Waters, where the transformative power of nature constantly inspires growth and renewal.

From the abundance of wildlife to the organic beauty of the surroundings, an undercurrent of transformation and vitality permeates the entire landscape. The experience of stepping foot on this land leaves an unforgettable impression.
