Featured on CBS’ show “Staycation,” the Blue Loft lakefront eco-cabin is a mini-marvel of architecture. With slanted walls, a hidden bathroom, and sleeping loft, we guarantee it’s nothing like you’ve ever stayed in.

This uber-unique eco cabin was crafted from a vision by environmentalist architect Marley Porter (One World Theater) in Austin. It comfortably sleeps 2 people in the loft bed, and can accommodate up to 2 additional people with a full-sized convertible sofa bed in the living area.

REVIEWS

Stayed two very relaxing nights in the Eco Blue Loft. Definitely the most unique place we’ve ever stayed. Very much a work of art through the hands of a craftsman with random, untamed design plans. Loved all the windows and their locations. We were able to share a bottle of wine on the loveseat and see the stars through the ceiling windows. Slept in the loft with yet another view of the stars. All this while having complete privacy, with floor level curtains that span the front of the room. Kitchen was quaint and very usable. Wooden sink was a first. We had all of our meals in, much to our enjoyment. Enjoyed the porch in morning for coffee and in the evening for the sunset. Felt a warm welcome that made it easy to relax.
I got to spend 3 days in the Blue Loft and it was gorgeous. I spent the whole time there and didn’t see another soul, even during the times I went strolling over the grounds. At one point it rained and I felt like I was living in my own little Universe where the air is clean, the food is fresh and the whole world loves me. I can’t wait to go back.
